A 50 Year-Old HDB Beauty Rejuvenated
Project type
Full Renovation
Date
March 2026
Location
Bedok North
The mission was to transform this 50-year old 4-bedroom HDB flat that was showing its age through a full unit makeover. We breathed new life into the space with a modern twist, prioritising well-ventilated layouts and senior-friendly features. By maximising storage without compromising on flow, we proved that older HDB homes can meet contemporary lifestyle needs.
